In the Use and Throw era it is really difficult to find spare parts of daily use objects such as a coffee maker esp. when it is an old model and you purchased it online.
Heartfelt thanks to the services of Aalap inc. that my coffee maker is once again functional. It is not just a few filters that I bought from here. I had an old coffee maker whose jar was broken; I had to purchase a new coffee maker back then. I was looking for a charger of trimmer (Philips) and came across this website, then I thought let us look for spare parts of my 2 Philips coffee makers (I am a Samsung and Philips fan). For one I needed a jar and a filter and for the other model I needed new filters and I happened to find all at one place. These coffee makers have been close to my heart because they really helped me get through some of the toughest nights of my life and hence my obsession to keep them in an operational condition. Thank you all the lovely people at Aalap, you guys are doing a wonderful job and this shall go a long way in even promoting sustainability and somewhat reducing consumerism and unnecessary purchases.
