Return & Replacement Policy
Please note that this product is not eligible for return or replacement once the original packaging has been opened or tampered with. Due to hygiene and quality control standards, we are unable to resell items if the original seal or packaging is broken.
If the product is returned in its original condition, with packaging intact, unopened, and undamaged, return or replacement requests may be considered on a case-to-case basis, subject to approval.
We request customers to kindly match the model number mentioned here in the description with the model number mentioned on the physical product and only then place an order.
If you are not able to find the model number, kindly reach out to our support staff over WhatsApp.

Shipping and Returns
Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours (except for public holidays and Sundays). In most cases orders are delivered to customers within 3-7 business days.
Shipping charges are added at checkout for each order. This enables us to showcase product pricing at MRP set by the company and be transparent with customers.
Additional courier charges enable us to provide services across 28000+ pin codes and provide added services like WhatsApp, Email and SMS notifications towards order confirmation and tracking.
Below are the shipping charges mentioned based on the product volume. These charges are calculated and added at checkout automatically.
0-1.50 KG - ₹ 99
1.50-5.00 KG - ₹ 250
5.00 KG and Above - ₹ 500
You will be receiving Email and WhatsApp notifications towards order tracking details. Also, most of our shipping partners will send Text Message when the order is out for delivery.
In case you are eligible for reverse pick up and exchange, we charge equivalent amount to the forward shipping charges that needs to be borne by customers in case of wrong product is ordered by customers.
In case of error on our end in shipping the right product to you as per your order or a defective product is received at your end due to mismanagement in transit, we provide free replacements and arrange free reverse pick up.
Return Policies
We do not accept returns since these are personal grooming, mother & child care and domestic appliances related spares that involve hygiene of customers.
We accept returns in case we have shipped wrong or incomplete products from our end. Such issue should be notified immediately upon product delivery.
In case the customer has ordered any replacement accessory that does not match with the product owned, we will not accept returns. Hence kindly match the model before ordering any spare accessories or contact us before placing the order and we will assist you will finding compatible spares.
